This Fordite fountain pen is layered with many different colors along with pastel colors in acrylic. The hardware is black chrome accented gold. Fordite is formed from the buildup of layers of enamel lacquer slag on tracks and skids on which cars were painted with acrylic lacquer, which have been baked numerous times. This fountain pen takes a universal fountain refill and converter.
